YesAsia Holdings (HKG:2209) unit YA Logistics has entered into robotic and renovation agreements with Geek Plus International for HK$30.8 million, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
Under the contracts, the company will buy equipment and services from Geek Plus International for the design, supply, and installation of the automated warehouse system at its Mapletree warehouse premises.
Geek Plus International will also provide renovation services and work to support the automated warehouse system.
The automated warehouse system will be handed over by April 30, 2025, according to the fashion company.
