Nov 12 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Tuesday:

** Cryptocurrency data provider Kaiko said it is acquiring European crypto index provider Vinter in a bet on growth in the European digital asset market.

** Warehouse landlord Segro said it would buy six Tritax EuroBox properties in Germany and the Netherlands for 470 million euros ($499.1 million) as part of a deal with Brookfield Asset Management Ltd .

** Basque steel maker Sidenor has hired investment bank Alantra to buy up to a 29.9% stake in Spanish train maker Talgo , news website El Confidencial reported, citing several sources close to the matter.

** Drug distributor Cardinal Health said on Monday it will take a majority stake in gastroenterology care platform GI Alliance (GIA) and buy diabetes medicine provider Advanced Diabetes Supply Group (ADSG) in two deals worth about $3.9 billion in total.

** Australian poker machine giant Aristocrat Leisure

has agreed to sell its Plarium mobile game developer for up to $820 million to Stockholm-listed Modern Times

, as it shifts focus towards real-money gaming markets.

** Endeavor Group will sell its OpenBet and IMG Arena businesses to management-led group OB Global backed by Hollywood power broker Ari Emanuel for about $450 million, the sports and entertainment company said on Monday.
