Hoth Therapeutics (HOTH) shares were down 3.1% in recent Monday trading after the company announced a $2.7 million at-the-market equity offering program in a late Friday filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said it may sell common shares under the program, with H.C. Wainwright as the sales manager.
