Winking Studios (SGX:WKS) broker S.P. Angel Corporate Finance procured subscribers for an aggregate of 52,666,667 shares in the company's capital at a placing price of 0.15 pounds per share, for an aggregate consideration of 7.9 million pounds.
The proposed placement is being carried out in conjunction with the company's proposed listing on the London Stock Exchange, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
