CSSC Science & Technology (SHA:600072) plans to dispose of three wind power projects, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Tuesday.
The Chinese construction engineering company will publicly list its 100% equities in Dunhuang Haizhuang New Energy, Zhengxiangbai Banner Shengyuan Wind Power, and China Shipbuilding Wind Power (Zhangye) New Energy for transfer.
The price for the potential equity sale is not yet finalized, but the appraisal value as of May 31 has been estimated.
Dunhuang New Energy's equity has an appraised value of 278.7 million yuan, while that of Shengyuan Wind Power is worth 271 million yuan, and 367.5 million yuan for Zhangye New Energy's equity.
The company's shares rose less than 2% in recent trade.
