Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN) said Friday its 250 Radnor facility in the Radnor Life Science Center campus in Pennsylvania is now fully occupied.
The company said it signed a lease agreement with an unidentified industrial solutions company for a 119,000-square-foot space in the 168,000-square-foot facility designed to accommodate lab tenants.
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
Shares of the company fell 1.8% in recent trading.
