Adds StoneX estimates for arabica and robusta varieties in paragraphs 3-4

SAO PAULO, Nov 14 (Reuters) - Brazil's 2025/26 coffee harvest is seen coming in slightly under the current crop, consultancy firm StoneX said on Thursday, giving its first estimate for the upcoming crop.

StoneX sees the 2025/26 coffee crop at 65.6 million 60-kg bags, just under the 65.9 million bags expected for 2024/25.

The consultancy sees the arabica variety from Brazil - the world's largest coffee producer and exporter - at 40 million bags in the next season, 10.5% under what is expected from the current crop.

Meanwhile, StoneX projected the robusta crop - a variety commonly used by the industry to make instant coffee and blends - to grow nearly 21% to 25.6 million bags in the next season.
