Nvni Group (NVNI) said Friday that it filed an appeal of a delisting determination to the Nasdaq Hearings Panel.

The appeal stays the suspension of Nvni's securities from the exchange for 15 days, according to the company.

Nvni said it plans to file for an additional stay covering the appeal process and any extension granted by the panel.

The company said it received a staff determination letter from Nasdaq's listing qualifications department on Tuesday for failing to file its annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023.
