Keppel REIT (SGX:K71U) priced AU$50.0 million worth of floating rate green bonds due 2027 under its SG$1.0 billion multicurrency debt issuance program, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The Series 008 bonds are expected to be issued on Nov. 19.
Net proceeds from the issue will be used towards the refinancing of green projects, the filing said.
DBS Bank is the sole lead manager and bookrunner of the offering.
