PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as Wellcell's (HKG:2477) auditor effective Tuesday as the parties could not reach an agreement on the auditor's remuneration for the year ending Dec. 31, a same-day bourse filing said.

The Chinese telecommunication network support and information and communication technology integrator, on the same day, hired Ascenda Cachet CPA as its new auditor.
