Kai Yuan (HKG:1215) unit MCE OpCo has hired Sinfonic to provide renovation services at the Marriott Champs-Elysees Hotel in Paris, France, for nearly 11.3 million euros, a Nov. 15 bourse filing said.
The renovation work includes the complete interior refurbishment of 112 rooms on the first floor of the hotel, the replacement of the vertical air conditioning systems within the technical ducts and windows in certain rooms, works on a facade and interior courtyard, and roofing work.
Work under the agreement, which is subject to approval from the heat energy producer and supplier's shareholders, will begin Jan. 13, 2025, and be completed by Dec. 31, 2025.
