Yincheng International (HKG:1902) recorded contracted sales of about 262.6 million yuan in October, with a contracted gross floor area of 13,050 square meters, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at around 20,120 yuan per square meter.

For the 10 months ended Oct. 31, contracted sales and the contracted gross floor area reached 2.60 billion yuan and 150,257 square meters, respectively with the average selling price coming in at 17,328 yuan per square meter.
