Australian Unity Office Fund (ASX:AOF) declared a special dividend of AU$0.09 per unit following the AU$21.2 million sale of its Canberra property, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The dividend is payable on Dec. 6 to shareholders on record as of Nov. 22, the filing said.
Australian Unity Office Fund confirmed that its debt facility is terminated.
