Fiserv (FI) and Automatic Data Processing (ADP) are combining their platforms to offer small businesses an integrated system with payroll, cash management, and payment capabilities, the companies said Tuesday.
Financial details weren't disclosed.
The partnership will integrate ADP's RUN payroll and HR platform with Fiserv's Clover management system, according to a joint statement. Fiserv's CashFlow Central accounts payables and receivables management platform will also be available to RUN and Clover customers, the companies added.
Fiserv and ADP said they will begin their collaboration this quarter, with services scheduled for rollout in early 2025.
