Soilbuild Construction Group (SGX:S7P) has secured two new contracts with a combined value of SG$85.5 million, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The first is a construction contract for a 10-story industrial development at Tampines North, awarded to Soil-Build, a wholly owned subsidiary. The project is expected to be completed by Q2 2026 and will be built to achieve Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification.
The second contract, awarded to Precast Concrete, involves the supply and delivery of precast components for a public housing project in Bedok, also slated for completion by Q2 2026.
These contracts bring the Group's order book to SG$1.23 billion as of Sept.30.
