Mooreast (SGX:1V3) appointed Erik Ellingsen as the group's new chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1, 2025, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

Ellingsen will take over the role from Sim Koon Lam, who will step down but will continue to serve as an executive director and deputy chairman for the mooring solutions specialist.
