BGMC International (HKG:1693) has received a notice stating the High Court of Malaya has ordered the winding-up of Headway Construction, a unit of the company, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
A creditor had applied for the winding up of the Malaysian subsidiary over a matter of outstanding debt.
Headway Construction has been dormant since 2021, according to the Malaysian construction and maintenance firm.
