** Pipeline operator ONEOK OKE.N late on Sunday agreed to buy the remaining shares of ENLC for $4.3 bln in an all-stock deal

** OKE had acquired a 43% controlling interest in ENLC earlier this year

** EnLink shareholders to receive 0.1412 shares of OKE shares per unit

** Deal expected to close on or before May 23, 2025

** As of last close, stock up 29.52% YTD
