Aussie Broadband (ASX:ABB) plans to initiate an on-market share buyback of up to 10% of its issued capital over the next year, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The technology services provider's decision follows a review of its capital management framework, the filing said.
Aussie Broadband plans to repurchase up to 27.3 million shares until Nov. 27, 2025, a separate filing showed.
The buyback will start on Feb. 25, 2025, after the company releases its half-year results.
The company's shares rose past 5% in recent Wednesday trade.
