9:00 AM Case-Shiller Home Price Index
The S&P Corelogic Case-Shiller home price index tracks monthly changes in the value of residential real estate in 20 metropolitan regions across the nation. Forecasters look for more slowing to 4.8 percent in September. Month on month, the call is a moderate 0.3 percent increase versus 0.4 percent in the prior month.
9:00 AM FHFA House Price Index
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) House Price Index (HPI) covers single-family housing, using data provided by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Forecasts call for a modest 0.2 percent rise on the month after a 0.3 percent increase the month before.
10:00 AM Consumer Confidence
The Conference Board's confidence report surveys consumers on their assessments of the labor market, business activity, and their own financial conditions. The consensus looks for consumer confidence to extend its recovery in November after its surprising rebound to 108.7 in October from 99.2 in September. Markets are focusing on consumer views of the job market, which improved markedly in October, now that inflation worries have diminished.
10:00 AM New Home Sales
New home sales measure the number of newly constructed homes with a committed sale during the month. Home sales are seen falling back to a 725,000 annual rate in October after rising to 738,000 in September from 709,000 in August.
10:00 AM Richmond Fed Manufacturing Index
This survey tracks business conditions in the Richmond Fed's manufacturing sector. The headline index is a composite of the new orders, shipments, and employment indexes.
11:30 AM 2-Yr FRN Note Auction
The US Treasury Department will hold an auction for $28 billion of 2-year Floating Rate Notes.
1:00 PM 5-Yr Note Auction
The US Treasury Department will hold an auction for $70 billion of 5-year Notes.
1:00 PM Money Supply
Money supply is in terms of two components—M1 and M2. M1 and M2 are progressively more inclusive measures of money: M1 is included in M2. M1, the more narrowly defined measure, consists of the most liquid forms of money, namely currency and checkable deposits. The non-M1 components of M2 are primarily household holdings of savings deposits, small time deposits, and retail money market mutual funds.

The Fed's minutes are a market mover as investors and analysts parse each word looking for clues to policy. The minutes include the complete economic analysis compiled by Fed officials and opinions at odds with the consensus.
