Geospace Technologies (GEOS) said Tuesday it appointed board member Stephen Jumper as chairman, effective immediately, succeeding Gary Owens.
Owens stepped down as chairman, but will remain a board member through the company's 2025 annual shareholder meeting, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Geospace shares were up 1.5% in recent trading.
