Hefei Urban Construction Development (SHE:002208) signed a commodity housing sales contracts with Hemei Leasing, Binxiangjia Leasing and Chengyue Leasing, according to a Nov. 23 filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Hemei Leasing intends to purchase 869 commercial houses in the Jinghuali project with the transaction amount tentatively set at 1.27 billion yuan.

Binxiangjia Leasing intends to purchase 665 commercial houses in the Dongyueli project for a tentative amount of 1.36 billion yuan and Chengyue Leasing intends to purchase 784 commercial houses in the Shangyangli project for a tentative amount of 705 million yuan.

Shares of the property developer closed 2% higher Monday.
