Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure (HKG:1052) logged higher traffic volume and toll revenue for some of its projects compared with the year-ago period, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The filing said the year-on-year increase is attributable to free tolls for passenger vehicles for two days during the year-ago period due to the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day.

The GNSR Expressway, logged a 11.5% year-on-year rise in the toll traffic volume to 333,101 during the month, while Its revenue fell 1% year over year to 94.4 million yuan during the month.

Jinxiong Expressway, Lanwei Expressway, Suiyuenan Expressway, Hancai Expressway, and Daguangnan Expressway logged year-on-year decreases in traffic volumes, while Cangyu Expressway, Changzhu Expressway, Weixu Expressway, and Han'e Expressway, together with GNSR Expressway, logged year-on-year increases in traffic.

Han'e Expressway logged the highest year-on-year increase in toll revenue at 106.6% while Daguangnan Expressway logged the steepest year-on-year decline of 17.6% in toll revenue for the month.
