Travel Expert (Asia) Enterprises (HKG:1235) recorded a rise in attributable profit in the six months ended Sept. 30 to HK$2.5 million from HK$1.6 million in the year-ago period, a Wednesday bourse filing stated.

Earnings per share from continuing operations were HK$0.006 in the fiscal first half, up from HK$0.004 in the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.

The travel company's revenue rose to HK$114.5 million in the interim period from HK$57.4 million a year prior.
