Abundante's (SGX:570) wholly owned subsidiary, TMC Concrete Pumping Services, exercised an option to purchase a property located at 10 Neythal Road Singapore from Sarawood Trading, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The TMC Concrete paid SG$32,500 in option fee, which represents 1% of the total consideration of the property of SG$3.3 million.
The property has a leasehold tenure of 60 years, starting from Feb. 1, 1971, and has an approximate land area of 4,003 square meters, which consists of a factory building with a gross floor area of 1,494 square meters.
