Resource Development Group's (ASX: RDG) unit Central Systems (Centrals) has entered a joint venture with TOC Investment Group, according to a filing with the Australian bourse.
TOC Investment Group has a 51% stake in the joint venture, while Centrals will own the remaining 49% stake, the filing said.
The joint venture, KingCentrals JV (KCPL), will focus on resource sector opportunities in Western Australia's Pilbara region.
