Far East Group (SGX:5TJ) has established a board sustainability committee to oversee the company's sustainability framework and address environmental, social, and governance matters, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The committee will be chaired by independent director Linda Hoon Siew Kin, with executive director and Chief Executive Officer Loh Mun Yew, and Chief Financial Officer Francis Lai Kum Wai also serving as members.
