SDAI Limited (SGX:5TI) provided an update on the compulsory liquidation of KHL Marketing Asia-Pacific, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company was informed that Kitchen Culture, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KHL Marketing Asia-Pacific, entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation on Nov. 22.
No further significant developments have occurred, and the company's financial position remains unaffected, SDAI said. The company's shares have been suspended from trading since July 12, 2021.
