Art Group's (HKG:0565) 51% owned joint venture Hainan-Hong Kong-Macau Aviation Development & Investment agreed to provide management support services to Eurus Express for the operation of Hainan Meilan International Airport Cargo, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The management support services, technical know-how, and skills and services will be provided starting Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024, and ending June 30, 2027.

Hainan Meilan International Airport Cargo is 49%-owned by Eurus Express, which offers cargo aircraft charter agent business services.
