Hearts and Minds Investments (ASX:HM1) named Brett Jollie chief executive, effective Feb. 19, 2025, succeeding Paul Rayson, who will retire from the role, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Jollie and Rayson will work to ensure a smooth transition over the coming weeks, the filing said.

Shares rose nearly 2% in midday trade Thursday and earlier reached their highest since February 2022.
