Times China Holdings (HKG:1233) recorded contracted sales of around 855 million yuan in November, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The property company's contracted gross floor area for the month stood at approximately 67,000 square meters.
For the 11 months ended Nov. 30, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 8.41 billion yuan and 696,000 square meters, respectively.
