The Hamilton, Bermuda-based company said it had net income of 12 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 24 cents per share.
The jewelry company posted revenue of $1.35 billion in the period.
For the current quarter ending in January, Signet said it expects revenue in the range of $2.38 billion to $2.46 billion.
The company expects full-year earnings in the range of $9.62 to $10.08 per share, with revenue ranging from $6.74 billion to $6.81 billion.
