Perenti (ASX:PRN) will redeem on Dec. 23 $100 million of the outstanding senior unsecured notes due October 2025 issued by Perenti Finance, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The redemption price will be equal to 100% of the principal amount, plus accrued interest, the filing said. The company will use cash and existing debt facilities to redeem the notes.
