Kiu Hung International Holdings (HKG:0381) entered into a memorandum of understanding with Pacificnet to develop a cryptocurrency-related business in Hong Kong, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the MOU, the parties will negotiate further terms of collaboration, perform due diligence, and look to sign a possible formal agreement.
