Sitra Holdings (International) (SGX:5LE), a supplier of wood-based products, has revised terms for the acquisition of a 46% stake in Mapur Rocky Resort from Doris Chung, wife of the company's non-executive chairman, Chew Hua Seng, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The payment timeline has been extended, with the final tranche now due by Dec. 31, 2031, instead of 2030.
The SG$2.6 million consideration remains unchanged and will be paid in five tranches. The transaction is an interested person deal involving family ties to the board.
