Yuzhou Group Holdings (HKG:1628), along with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, made sales of 781 million yuan in November, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The gross floor area sold was 59,624 square meters, and the average selling price was 13,104 yuan per square meter.

For the 11 months ended Nov. 30, the group made sales of 7.25 billion yuan, with 496,309 square meters in GFA sold at an average selling price of 14,607 yuan per square meter.
