Genertec Universal Medical Group (HKG:2666) has decided to launch the issue of 500 million yuan of three-year domestic bonds in China, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The interest rate of the bonds will be determined at the end of the subscription period through book-building processes.
The medical financing, hospital investment, and management company will use proceeds from issue to repay certain maturing debts.
