RELX's (RELX) LexisNexis Risk Solutions said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire IDVerse, a document authentication and fraud detection firm, for undisclosed terms.

Upon deal completion, IDVerse will join LexisNexis Risk Solutions Business Services, boosting the latter's ability to prepare customers for future fraud risks with advanced AI offerings.

The deal is expected to close early next year.
