China Beidahuang Industry Group Holdings' (HKG:0039) unit entered into an investment-partnership agreement with certain other parties to establish a konjac food company, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The partnership company, Hunan Magic Foods Technology, will aim to manufacture and sell 100,000 tons of konjac semi-finished products and 10,000 tons of konjac snack foods and ready-made foods annually.

The other business partners include Yueyang Huamo Enterprise Management Partnership, Hunan Tianyufu Trading, Hunan Taste Good Food, and Changsha Chenye Enterprise Management.

So far, the partnership company has made 13 million yuan in sales from konjac semi-finished products and konjac snack foods.
