Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) signed a memorandum of understanding with ICICI Bank to explore a range of collaborations between the Australian and Indian markets, according to a Wednesday statement from the Australian lender.

The partnership aims to bring in more corporate customers to each other's home country, provide banking services to those migrating to Australia and India, and support cross-border payments, among others, CBA said.
