The Hong Kong High Court has further adjourned a winding up petition against Huscoke (HKG:0704) to Feb. 5, 2025, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
Petitioner China Cinda (HK) Asset Management had filed the petition earlier this year over an alleged outstanding payment.
The coke producer and petitioner are currently in amicable negotiations and have reached a preliminary consensus on a potential settlement proposal.
