Pinnacle West Capital (PNW) said late Thursday that the chairman and chief executive of the company and Arizona Public Service, Jeff Guldner, will retire on March 31.
Ted Geisler will become chairman, president and CEO of Pinnacle West and Arizona Public Service, effective April 1, the company said.
Guldner will continue working with Pinnacle West in a non-executive advisory capacity through the end of March 2026, the company added.
