ReAlpha Tech (AIRE) shares were up Thursday after the company said its board approved an investment policy to acquire cryptocurrencies and adopt Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana as its primary treasury reserve assets.
The real estate technology company intends to allocate as much as 25% of its cash in excess of its estimated six-month period operating expenses, if any, to buy cryptocurrencies, subject to certain conditions.
