Perenti (ASX:PRN) said the new contracts secured by its units are expected to generate about AU$185 million in revenue, in line with its fiscal 2025 guidance, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The contracts span various projects, including a three-year mining services agreement with Focus Minerals (ASX:FML) and drilling programs for Rox Resources (ASX:RXL), per the filing.
Perenti's shares fell nearly 2% in recent Friday trade, Rox Resources' shares tumbled almost 3%, and Focus Minerals' shares dove 6%.
