NWS (HKG:0659) has extended the long stop date of an agreement by unit Power Might Enterprises to acquire Hsin Chong Aster Building Service to March 31, 2025, from Dec. 31, 2024, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The move comes as the multi-dimensional conglomerate and seller need additional time to fulfill certain conditions under the agreement.

The parties entered into the contract earlier this year in July.
