Giga Device Semiconductor (SHA:603986) completed acquiring 38% of integrated circuit chip manufacturer Suzhou Syscore Electronic Technology, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Thursday.

The Chinese memory device manufacturer is one of the new investors that acquired a stake in Syscore. Hefei Shixi GigaDevice Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), Hefei State-owned Capital Venture Capital and Hefei Guozheng Duoze Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) are the other new investors.

The company's shares jumped less than 7% in recent trade.
