DHC Software (SHE:002065) plans to invest 100 million yuan to establish a subsidiary, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Thursday.
The subsidiary, Xinjiang Donghua Yiyun Technology, will be located in Shihezi City, Xinjiang, and will offer technical services, retail computer hardware and auxiliary equipment, the Chinese software company said.
The company's shares rose more than 2% in recent trade.
