Outfront Media (OUT) said Tuesday that Chief Executive and Chairman Jeremy Male will retire from the company.
Male will continue in the roles through March 31, or a later date not to exceed June 30, if the company and Male mutually agree, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Outfront Media said it has started a search to fill Male's position.
The company's shares were down 2.8% in recent trading.
