ZenaTech (ZENA) said Tuesday it signed a letter of intent to acquire an unnamed land survey engineering company.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquired company will use drones to survey land and wildfires and for fire management in the western US, ZenaTech said, adding that it represents its third acquisition of a land survey company,
Quantum computing will also be integrated into artificial intelligence drone capabilities for large-size datasets, the company said.
ZenaTech shares were down over 7% in recent Tuesday trading.
