YH Entertainment Group (HKG:2306) agreed to subscribe for class B shares attributable to the fund, A1 Orient Investments, for HK$102 million, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The fund plans to seek long-term growth of capital through investments and its participating shares are being offered at HK$10,000 apiece.

Per the private offering memorandum issued this month, the company as a subscriber of class B shares is entitled to a 5% annualized targeted return.

The company will fund the subscription through its internal resources.
